Bake Bar: 2nd brunch crush!

It's Sunday? Let's go to chill a bit around our place. While walking around our neighborhood, we discovered a cafe and artisan bakery where you can have a brekkie (breakfast in Aussie language), a brunch or a lunch. It is called 'Bake Bar' at Randwick. As true brunch lovers, we stopped to have a try. We chose two organic fruits frappe: one mango, one berry, an avocado and cherry tomato bruchetta for Ines and a bacon Bake Bar Benedict for Antoine. It was amazingly good, tasty and fresh, perfect and healthy before going to the beach.

You can also buy organic bread, made from local farmer's produce, baked all day in their open bakery. It was really nice to look inside their bakery. Lorsque nous nous baladions dans le voisinage, nous avons découvert un café et un boulanger artisan où l'on peut prendre le petit-déjeuner, bruncher ou déjeuner. L'endroit est surnommé "Bake Bar" à Randwick. Comme nous adorons les brunchs, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour voir ce que ça disait. Nous avons choisi 2 frappé aux fruits biologiques: un mangue et un fruits rouges, une bruchetta avocat/tomate pour Ines et des oeufs bénédictines avec bacon pour Antoine.C'était vraiment délicieux, bon, et frais, parfait et sain avant d'aller à la plage. A cet endroit, il est aussi possible d'acheter du pain, produit avec des produits fermiers locaux, cuit toute la journée dans leur boulangerie. C'était cool de pouvoir regarder comment il cuisait leur pains. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons pour un autre brunch, une adresse à garder en tête. Passez un bon dimanche tout le monde!! I&A
